ASVIE specializes in women's apparel and accessories.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However:

colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings;
handcrafted details may have slight variations;
measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law and displayed during checkout where applicable.

5. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ASVIE.

We reserve the right to:

limit quantities purchased;
cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized;
cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers.

ASVIE does not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines displayed on the Website are estimates only.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays caused by:

weather conditions;
courier disruptions;
public holidays;
strikes;
customs;
force majeure events;

are beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Once production has begun for made-to-order garments, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
